You’ve probably seen it before: companies that cling to tired clichés and fluffy jargon purely out of habit. They “optimize their service” for an “excellent experience” for their “esteemed clientele,” promising to “provide timely feedback.”
Those lofty yet empty words make communication strategist Yves Peeters cringe. That’s why he’s made it his personal mission to help organizations weed out hollow phrases and replace them with solid, effective communication solutions—clear, pragmatic, and concrete—crafted to fit each company in a realistic way.
Concept, visuals, and strategy
Yves studied film directing at Sint-Lukas, the art college in Brussels, where he earned a master’s degree in audiovisual arts in 2010, followed by an internship at the New York Film Academy. During his studies, he became fascinated by the conceptual side of filmmaking—not just the camera work, but what comes before: the idea, the underlying plan, and dhow the right elements can turn a message into a compelling story.
Through additional training in client-focused communication, neuromarketing, positive framing, data analysis, and data protection, Yves developed a hands-on specialty in corporate communication—using both words and visuals. First, he helps companies uncover their unique values and story, then translates these into a tailored communication strategy. Finally, he brings this strategy to life—textually, graphically, and audiovisually—across social media and beyond.
A communication partner for SMEs since 2011
A single video, poster, or ad is just one moment in a broader communication strategy. The big picture is what truly counts. That’s why Yves thinks ahead, crafting strategies for the long haul. His Badlands service is particularly helpful for businesses without an in-house communications department. By combining a well-thought-out strategic plan with careful, concrete execution, he grows right alongside his clients—building true partnerships along the way.
